Recruiterwise is the fixed-fee recruitment and job advertising trading name of Acapella Recruitment Ltd. Recruiterwise offers fixed-fee recruitment and job advertising services.

Recruiterwise takes data protection very seriously and understands the importance of protecting your privacy and Personal Information. ‘Personal Information’ is information that identifies you as an individual such as your name, date of birth, email address, CV and IP address.

We will ensure that the information you submit to us via our website, via online job boards, job adverts, by email, or through mobile apps is used only for the purposes set out in this policy.

By choosing to apply for a job via Recruiterwise, you agree that your data will be held by Recruiterwise for the purpose of fulfilling your application with the relevant organisation. Your data will therefore also be available to the organisation to which you applied, so you should also refer to their Privacy Policy prior to submitting details.

Organisations using Recruiterwise confirm that they also have their own Privacy Policy in place, in line with GDPR regulations.

Recruiterwise acts as Data Processor and organisations using the service are Data Controllers. Recruiterwise does not access applicants’ data for any reason other than to supply the paying organisation with the applicants application (ie provide assistance where required.)

How does Recruiterwise protect the privacy of applicants applying for job vacancies?

We take the security and privacy of all Recruiterwise users very seriously and have followed the GDPR guidelines to protect the privacy of all users of Recruiterwise whether or not they are EU residents.

Applicants can request to have their personal data removed from our servers. To do so send an email from the email address you used to apply for a position or contact us via our contact form. Companies using Recruiterwise review the application information and CV applications to help them make a decision on the suitability of a candidate. The information is only shared with authorised recruiting staff or other key members within the company looking to make the hire.
